About us
TechLabs is a Basel, Switzerland based enterprise that has been providing educational technology programs for children and adults since 2016. TechLabs mission is to deliver a fun, engaging, and educational experience that jump-starts young people’s and adults’ engagement with technology.

About our Partner
We are privileged to be partnering with the Pestalozzi Kinderdorf to provide a unique experience for our students. Pestalozzi will be providing all of the room and board facilities, while TechLabs will be the program partner.
Pestalozzi Kinderdorf
The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation is an internationally active children's charity. Children and young people have been at the center of its activities since 1946. In twelve countries around the world, the Foundation provides disadvantaged children with access to quality education. The Kinddorf in Trogen, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, is a place of peace-building where children from Switzerland and abroad learn to deal with cultural and social differences through exchange. The children's village is listed in the inventory of Swiss sites worthy of protection.

With over two decades of experience, Laurent has established himself as a distinguished STEM teacher, within the French educational system. His instructional prowess lies in project-based pedagogy, positioning him as an exemplary mentor for aspiring engineers.
Laurent's impressive portfolio includes globally recognized achievements clinching victory in the MakeX Spark robotics competition, representing France on the global stage at the F1 in Schools event in Singapore, and developing assistive devices for the Make:able challenge.
As a Micro:bit champion and an Onshape specialist, Laurent takes pride in guiding his students to transform their ideas into tangible creations.
